Learn to practice enjoyable core movements with
Marian Skomsky – Certified Tai Chi Instructor
Being active is essential for good health at any age and studies continue to show that Tai Chi is effective in relieving pain, improving physical ability, and balance.
Tai Chi offers a low risk of injury, increases flexibility, strengthens muscles, and improves cardio-respiratory fitness. It integrates the body and mind using slow, purposeful, and gentle movements, while focus is placed on each gesture. Relaxation is often the added benefit to Tai Chi.
