Hilary Smith, RN, CZT has been studying tai chi and qigong for 31 years and has been teaching these arts for 23. Her goal in teaching is to present students with the self care tools they can use to age with comfort and dignity. Her students have ranged in age from young adults to centenarians. Having this moving meditation practice has helped her feel more complete and whole, and she joyously loves to share this art with others.
First class will be held on Wednesday, May 11th and then following the first Wednesday of the month June through September from 6:00 to 7:00, located on the grass field in the park.
